Porto was born in Timbauba Pernambuco Brazil on October 31, 1984. She spent her childhood in Campina Grande, full of energy, and filled her days with many different activities. She played volleyball, was a ballerina, and sang in the church. She was always the main character in a Brazilian dance, the “quadrilha,” and participated every year until she was 14. Her modeling career soon after emerged and took up most of her time. At age 15 she began participating in beauty pageants and won more than one title. When she was 17 she moved to the United States and five months after she was named Miss Brazil in an American held pageant. She studied at Boston University and studied marketing. Her pageant days behind her, she concentrated on modeling after a short stay in college. Early jobs in Boston for clients like Saks Fifth Avenue convinced her that she belongs in New York City where she currently lives. Her agency is Major Model Management. Major measures her 34-24-35 and she is 5’10” tall. Her dress size is 4 and her shoe size is 10 with brown eyes and brown hair.
